(Reuters) -Following are reactions to Russian President Vladimir Putin saying overseas consumers of Russian gasoline should pay in roubles from April 1, and that contracts can be halted if these funds weren’t made.

GERMAN ECONOMY MINISTER ROBERT HABECK
